Mushrooms have always guided me to & through some of the most transcendent moments of my entire life. I’ve always used them as a tool for personal & spiritual growth. My most recent evolution began 108 days ago when I stopped drinking alcohol. I’ve been battling alcohol addiction for half of my life and this EP was the first piece of art i ever created outside the thrall of that addiction. I was battling withdrawal and depression while I was recording this project and those immense feelings led to some of the most beautiful melodies I’ve ever made. I don’t look at mushrooms as a drug, I call them sacred earth medicines and they were an incredibly helpful tool on my path to sobriety. This is truly is some of my favourite work to date.
